How to regulate diet when dampness and heat are severe: Vegetables: Eat more aromatic vegetables such as coriander, schizonepeta, patchouli, etc., but these vegetables are also damp and cannot be eaten too much. You can eat these vegetables as side dishes to remove dampness. There are also soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts, winter melon, papaya, and yam.
