Blowing nose ear pain recovery

Blowing nose ear pain recovery

Because the temperature fluctuates greatly now, people often become uncontrollable in their sexual desire. Many people now suffer from colds. Many patients also experience tinnitus, stuffy ears, and even ear pain, especially when rubbing their noses, which can cause very uncomfortable pain in the ears. In fact, this situation can only be treated after the cause is identified.

What is the Eustachian tube

The Eustachian tube, also known as the European tube, is the only channel for ventilation and drainage of the middle ear. It has two openings, one located at the last end of the nasal cavity, and the other opening inside the eardrum of the ear. Its main function is to guide nasopharyngeal gas into the tympanic cavity to maintain pressure balance on both sides of the tympanic membrane, thereby ensuring normal vibration of the tympanic membrane.

If you blow your nose incorrectly, the secretions in your nasal cavity will be transmitted to the middle ear through the Eustachian tube, causing infection and inducing otitis media. In severe cases, it may also lead to perforation of the eardrum, pus in the ear or hearing loss.

How to blow your nose correctly?

Lean your upper body slightly forward.

First, press one nostril with your finger.

Gently blow out the mucus from the other nostril.

Then do the same on the other side.

Of course, it is best not to blow your nose.

Instead, suck the snot back.

Then spit it out from your mouth.

The frequency and force of blowing your nose should be moderate. To solve the root cause of the disease, you should seek medical attention in time to avoid aggravation.
