Rib pain under right breast

Rib pain under right breast
In our daily lives, we cannot avoid lifting some heavy objects and doing things that require strength. Many people will experience rib pain under the right breast at this time. The reason for this situation is intercostal neuralgia. When suffering from intercostal neuralgia, it will have a lot of impact on the patient's life and work. When the disease occurs, it will affect the patient's sleep and breathing.

The pain in the ribs under the right breast is caused by intercostal neuralgia, which is caused by symptom reaction. You can go to the hospital for further examination and diagnosis. What to do for intercostal neuralgia : Take a preparatory sit, straighten your waist slightly, place your feet flat and shoulder-width apart, overlap the palm of your left hand with the back of your right hand, and gently place them on your lower abdomen, look straight ahead and slightly close your eyes, regulate your breathing, relax your whole body, and sit quietly for 1 to 2 minutes.

Push and rub the Dazhui point. Put the four fingers of your right hand together and press them tightly against the Dazhui point. Apply appropriate force and push and rub repeatedly for 0.5 to 1 minute until the area becomes warm. Efficacy: Dispel wind and cold, regulate lung qi. Rub and press the Jianjing point. Place the middle finger of one hand on the Jianjing point on the opposite shoulder, and rub with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. Alternate shoulders. Efficacy: Relax muscles, promote blood circulation and dredge meridians. Pinch the Hegu point. Press the tip of one thumb on the Hegu point of the other hand, and place the other four fingers on the palm. Press with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute until a sore and swollen feeling is felt. Alternate hands. Efficacy: Regulates qi and clears the bowels, relieves spasms and relieves pain.

Press and rub the Quchi point. Place the tip of one thumb on the opposite Quchi point and the other four fingers behind the elbow. Press and rub with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. Alternate hands. Efficacy: Soothes wind and dredges meridians, calms the mind. Note: 1. Perform the above techniques 1 to 2 times a day. The cause of pain should be clarified before treatment to rule out contraindications to massage. 2. Massage should be performed gently, which can generally relieve pain. 3. Diseases in the thoracic spine should be treated immediately to avoid secondary intercostal neuralgia. 4. Seated workers should pay attention to their posture and avoid fatigue. The cause of the disease is degenerative protrusion of the thoracic intervertebral disc, thickening and ossification of the joint capsule and ligaments, which often lead to narrowing and deformation of the nerve channels, which can cause inflammation of the intercostal nerves and produce pain. Other lesions that may affect the intercostal nerves include thoracic tuberculosis, thoracic fracture or dislocation, spinal or spinal cord tumors, ankylosing spondylitis, and rib, mediastinal, and pleural lesions. The pain of herpes zoster intercostal neuralgia is often severe.
