Will women's leucorrhea turn yellow when they have internal heat?

When women get angry, their leucorrhea will not turn yellow. There are many reasons for women's leucorrhea to turn yellow, and it is closely related to some gynecological diseases. For example, if a woman has candidal vaginitis, it often causes her leucorrhea to turn yellow. If the leucorrhea turns yellow frequently, she must go to the hospital for corresponding examinations in time to avoid causing greater harm to her health.

Will women's leucorrhea turn yellow when they have internal heat?

Getting angry has nothing to do with yellow or bloody leucorrhea. The abuse of heat-clearing medicine will not only fail to improve the leucorrhea problem, but will damage the spleen and stomach due to the cold nature of the medicine, causing spleen and stomach discomfort. When women have yellow leucorrhea, they must pay special attention, as there must be something wrong with their health. When the leucorrhea turns yellow, it symbolizes a certain disease and is an obvious abnormal symptom. 1. Necrosis of diseased tissue: Yellow watery leucorrhea is mostly caused by necrosis of diseased tissue, which is common in submucosal uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, fallopian tube cancer, etc. 2. Fungal vaginitis: It is one of the common vaginitis, often caused by Candida albicans infection. It is more common in pregnant women and diabetic patients. Long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics may cause imbalance of normal vaginal flora. It is conducive to the growth and reproduction of mold and is prone to this disease. Patients taking corticosteroids, immunosuppressants and autoimmune diseases are prone to this disease. Patients with vitamin B6 deficiency and chronic wasting diseases are prone to yellow leucorrhea.

3. Trichomonas vaginitis: It is the most common vaginitis, caused by infection with Trichomonas vaginalis, which is an anaerobic parasitic protozoan that often parasitizes the urogenital tract. In women, it mainly exists in the vagina, and also in the urethra, paraurethral glands, bladder and other parts. In men, it often parasitizes in the urethra, prostate and other parts.

Instrumental examination method for leucorrhea

1. Lactobacillus. Normal leucorrhea or candidal leucorrhea contains large rods, and the presence of such rods indicates the presence of lactobacilli. It is often not found in trichomoniasis leucorrhea, but completely disappears in bacterial vaginosis leucorrhea. 2. White blood cells. In the hanging drop, only one or two white blood cells can be seen in the high-power field of normal leucorrhea. If a large number of white blood cells are present, trichomoniasis or cervicitis should be considered. There are few white blood cells in the hanging drop smear of leucorrhea in candidiasis and bacterial vaginosis. 3. Trichomonas. It is a protozoan with flagella, slightly larger than white blood cells. If it is active, it is easy to identify, but when it is surrounded by white blood cells, its activity is restricted. About 15%-20% of patients with trichomoniasis have no visible Trichomonas activity in their leucorrhea under a microscope. In this case, the patient should be observed under a high-power microscope and differentiated from the cells based on the activity of their flagella. 4. Mycelium. Mycelium can be found under the microscope (100×) in the specimen of leucorrhea of candidal vaginitis mixed with 10% KOH solution, but no mycelium is present when Candida albicans exists alone in the vagina. On the contrary, bud reproduction can be seen regardless of whether there is infection or not, but methylene blue or Gram or Papanicolaou staining is required. 5. Clue cells. The so-called clue cells refer to the presence of many bacilli condensed at the edge of vaginal epithelial cells in bacterial vaginosis, which can be used as a basis for diagnosis. In the hanging drop smear, the edges of the vaginal epithelial cells are granular or stippled, making them unclear, which are clue cells.
