What is spermatorrhea?

Spermatorrhea is also called slippery discharge, which refers to nocturnal emission without dreams during sleep. When you wake up the next morning, you will find semen on your underwear. This is also a type of nocturnal emission, which refers to a period of severe and pathological development of nocturnal emission. When this type of spermatorrhea occurs, it should be treated in time. There are many causes, such as long-term masturbation causing kidney deficiency.

What is spermatorrhea?

Spermatorrhea is mostly caused by deficiency of both kidney yin and kidney yang. This is due to long-term indulgence or long-term masturbation, which initially causes kidney yin deficiency, and then excessive damage to kidney yin, which in turn damages kidney yang, resulting in deficiency of both kidney yin and yang, and thus the phenomenon of spermatorrhea without dreaming. In addition, weak constitution, long-term chronic diseases or irritation of the lumbar spinal cord, severe neurasthenia, excessive fatigue or mental stress, inflammation of the seminal fossa, etc. may all cause spermatorrhea.

Diet therapy for spermatorrhea

(1) Gorgon Fruit, Walnut and Lotus Seed Porridge: Grind 50g of Gorgon fruit into powder, 30g of walnut kernels (fry on low heat until charred and grind into powder), 30g of lotus seeds (soak in warm water for 20 minutes), and 10 large red dates (raw, pitted). For the best quality, first use cold boiled water to make a paste with water chestnut powder and walnut kernel powder, cook the lotus seeds and red dates, put the paste into boiling water, remove from heat, wait until it is warm, then add a small amount of sugar and take. It has the effects of nourishing the spleen and kidney, consolidating semen and stopping nocturnal emission. It is suitable for nocturnal emission caused by deficiency of both spleen and kidney. (2) Lotus seeds and pork tripe: 100g lotus seeds, 250g pork tripe. First split the lotus seeds and remove the lotus core. Wash the pig's stomach, cut it into small pieces, add appropriate amount of water to make soup, and add a little salt and MSG seasoning before serving. Pig tripe is good for the stomach and spleen, and can be used to treat spermatorrhea caused by weak spleen and stomach, indigestion, and damp heat.
