What causes toothache in mouth?

Everything happens for a reason, and the same goes for illness. We may catch a cold because we did not cover ourselves with a blanket when we went to bed in the morning and caught a cold; most of the causes of stomachache are due to not paying attention to our diet, skipping breakfast and eating a lot at noon, which disrupts the function of the stomach. There are many reasons for toothache. If divided by age, the biggest reason for toothache in children is tooth decay and the need to replace teeth. For adults, toothache is either caused by wisdom teeth or irregular diet. So what is the specific reason for toothache caused by pimples all over the mouth?

1. Acute pulpitis. Toothache often manifests as paroxysmal and spontaneous pain, which worsens at night and is more severe after cold or hot stimulation. The pain radiates to the temporal region of the head and cannot be localized. In patients with suppurative pulpitis, the pain is aggravated by heat stimulation, while the pain is alleviated or disappears by cold stimulation. Pulpitis often develops from caries, but can also be caused by tooth cracks, dental trauma, periodontal disease, etc.

2. Acute periapical inflammation. Caused by factors such as the development of acute pulpitis or trauma. The diseased tooth presents persistent pain, with a floating sensation, and the patient is afraid to chew. The patient can point out the diseased tooth correctly, and tapping the diseased tooth will cause pain. At this time, since the nerve of the diseased tooth has been necrotic, there is no stimulating pain. 3. Acute periodontitis. The nature of the toothache is similar to that of acute periapical periodontitis. The diseased teeth not only cause chewing pain and a floating sensation, but also have formed periodontal pockets and loose teeth. Gum tissue may swell and bleed repeatedly

4. Periodontal abscess. Further development of periodontal inflammation may

Causes suppurative inflammation. When an abscess is formed, the pain is severe, and a feeling of fluctuation will appear locally after the abscess is formed. After a periodontal abscess forms, the pain can be significantly reduced or relieved.

5. Tooth hypersensitivity. It is often caused by tooth wear, gingival recession, wedge-shaped defects and tooth defects. At this time, cold, hot, sweet, sour and other stimuli may cause pain, but the pain will disappear after the stimulation stops.

6. Gingivitis. It is caused by mechanical or chemical stimulation of the tooth space, such as food impaction, poor restorations, etc., which leads to inflammation of the interdental gingival papilla. It manifests as redness, swelling, and tenderness of individual gingival papillae, which are prone to bleeding when touched or sucked. In acute attacks, there is obvious spontaneous pain and pain in response to cold or hot stimuli, while in chronic cases, there is only distending pain. 7. Dry socket. Severe and persistent pain occurs 3 to 4 days after tooth extraction and radiates to the ear and temporal area, submandibular area or top of the head. The extraction socket is empty, or contains residual blood clots from decay and necrosis. If you use a cotton ball to dip the contents and smell them, it will have a foul odor.

You can use a combination of Beichiling Tea and Chinese herbal toothpaste, two bags a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, to reduce swelling and relieve pain, and repair healthy gums.
