Traumatic injuries are quite common in our daily life. As part of your family medicine cabinet, you should prepare some medicines for them. Traditional Chinese medicine is better in this regard. The more common ones are Zhenggu Shui, Zhenghonghua Oil, or Yunnan Baiyao, etc. When you have bruises and injuries, you can apply such medicines, which have a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. You should also understand some taboos in the use of medicines.

What medicine is good for iron injury?

For small joint contusion, joint sprain and rheumatic bone pain, you can choose to apply Duhuo analgesic ointment which has the effects of relieving pain, reducing swelling and dispersing blood stasis to the affected area twice a day, or apply safflower oil to the affected area 4 to 6 times a day. At the same time, take Dieda Pills or Diedasunshen Pills orally. If you experience reactions such as lip numbness after taking the Diedasunan Pills, you should reduce the dosage. In addition, the Dieda pills can also be used externally. Grind the pills into powder, add white wine, apply to the affected area, and bandage it.

For bleeding from trauma, swelling and pain from falls, you can use Yunnan Baiyao tincture, aerosol, or plaster. At the same time, take Panax notoginseng tablets or Yunnan Baiyao orally. If swelling and pain are still obvious or tend to get worse 3 days after using traumatic injury medicine, you should go to the hospital for treatment in time.

Special reminder:

1. Pregnant women are prohibited from taking external and oral medications for injuries due to the fact that most of these medications are blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs.

3. People with broken skin or skin allergies should not apply external medications for injuries.
