Massage techniques for headache treatment

Push to the right with your left index and middle fingers, and wipe back with your left index and middle fingers. Push to the left with your right index and middle fingers, and do this back and forth 9 times each. ③ Use the one-finger pushing method, with the tips of both thumbs, push from the inner corner of each eye along the eye socket to the outer corner of the eye, first up and then down, with both eyes in an "∞" shape, and push back and forth 7 to 9 times. Or place the thumbs of both hands on the temple on the same side, and use the radial edge of the index finger to scrape the eye socket in the same direction as above, back and forth 9 times. ④ Use the tips of both thumbs to massage the temples, 9 times each in clockwise and counterclockwise directions; use the tips of the middle fingers to press Zanzhu (double), Yuyao (double), Yangbai (double), Sibai (double), Yingxiang (double) for 15 seconds each, until you feel a slight soreness and swelling. Use the tip of your index or middle finger to press the Baihui point on the top of your head for 2 minutes. ⑤ Support the side of the head with one hand, spread and slightly bend the five fingers of the other hand, and push and rub the side of the temple from front to back, then change hands and push and rub the other side of the temple, 18 times on each side. ⑥ Use the thenar kneading method to gently knead the Yingtang, forehead, left and right eyebrow arches, temples and both sides of the temporal area, 49 times for each part.
