Aloe vera juice relieves inflammation. Aloe vera has good anti-inflammatory, fever-reducing and cooling effects. Taking a milk bath can help relieve sunburned skin. Use half a dozen cups of milk and soak in warm water. The bathing time should not exceed 10 minutes. You can apply sunscreen products 5 minutes after washing. Generally, if you persist for about a week, the sunburned skin will improve.
