Another reason is scalp tension, headaches, and head swelling caused by cervical problems, which can be relieved by massage and acupuncture to stimulate the Fengchi point and Jiaji points on the neck.

It is considered to be caused by insufficient rest for the brain nerves, which will affect the living conditions. It is recommended that you do some outdoor exercise regularly, rest on time, and improve your sleep quality.

Headache is related to factors such as mental stress, poor sleep, and autonomic nervous system disorders. You should have a regular diet and lifestyle, adjust your mentality, ensure adequate sleep and a good mood, go on more outdoor outings, participate in more recreational activities, and listen to more music to divert your attention.
