You just need to record how many times you go to the toilet a day, when you go, and how much urine you urinate each time. If you have to go to the toilet almost every hour and need to go to the toilet as soon as you feel the urge to urinate, but the amount of urine each time does not exceed 200ml, you need to learn to control and train your bladder activity. Learn to hold your urine. Don’t rush to the toilet when you feel the urge to urinate. You may find it difficult to hold back at first. You can distract yourself by counting from 100 to 1 before going to the toilet. It is better to sit on a hard stool than a soft sofa when enduring. Then you can slowly increase your endurance time until you are going to the toilet about 8 times a day. Exercise your pelvic floor muscles. Feel which muscle you use to interrupt urination, and then contract and relax this muscle after urinating. At the beginning, you can contract it for 5 seconds and then relax it for 5 seconds, repeat 5 times per set. Gradually, you can increase the contraction and relaxation time to 10 seconds, repeat 10 times per set, and do 3 sets a day.
