If the diarrhea and fever are caused by other reasons, you can drink milk. Children with acute diarrhea should continue to be fed. If they are breastfed, they can eat milk and water freely. Bottle-fed children can be fed diluted milk (1 part milk plus 2 parts water) for 2-3 days, and then gradually increased to whole milk.
