We all know that many women are particularly susceptible to gynecological diseases in the early stages of pregnancy. This is because women's bodies are particularly fragile and their resistance is relatively low at this time, so they are most susceptible to diseases. Some women are prone to fungal infections in the early stages of pregnancy. At this time, they must be treated in time, otherwise it may affect the development of the baby. So what should you do if you are infected with fungi in the early stages of pregnancy?

If you find yourself suffering from vaginitis, don't be nervous. Vaginitis is the most common disease among women. The infection rate is very high when the body's resistance is reduced. Once the body's resistance is increased, it will heal on its own. In terms of treatment, pregnant women can use 2% baking soda solution to rinse the vulva, which can achieve the effect of sterilization and anti-inflammation.

The treatment method is: within 12 weeks of pregnancy, you can use 2% - 3% soda water or Cleanser to clean the vulva and vagina. At the same time, change the underwear every day and wash and iron it together with the towel and basin. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, after cleaning as above, gently dry the vulva and place nystatin suppository, miconazole or clotrimazole suppository deep in the vagina and use it every night before going to bed. When there is vulvitis, Daktarin cream can be applied to the vulva. Generally, a course of treatment lasts 10-14 days. The patient should be rechecked 7 days after stopping the medication, and the fungus should be rechecked for the third time 2 weeks after the symptoms disappear. Treatment can be terminated after recovery. To avoid intrauterine infection, vaginal operations should not be performed after 35 weeks of pregnancy.

In addition, you can also use sitz baths to sterilize and disinfect. For example, using nystatin solution can also have a therapeutic effect. However, this method of sitz baths has limitations. It is generally recommended to do sitz baths about 4-8 months after pregnancy. This method cannot be used for treatment in the early or late pregnancy to avoid the possibility of premature birth or miscarriage.

In addition, when suffering from vaginitis, pregnant women should pay attention to local hygiene, wash their underwear frequently, and often expose them to the sun for disinfection. In addition, they should choose some soft and gentle pure cotton fabrics when choosing underwear.
