Production of special Daqinglong Decoction This is a prescription for warming and dispersing dampness, clearing and relieving internal heat. In clinical medicine, it is used to treat symptoms such as aversion to cold and fever, irritability without sweating, and a floating and tight pulse. The syndrome differentiation and treatment is that the cold symptoms are external and there is pathogenic heat inside, which belongs to the theory of cold on the surface and heat inside, and both on the surface and inside. Mr. Zhang Xichun said: "There is heat accumulated in the heart first, and then the cold symptoms confine it on the surface, causing the heat in the heart to accumulate and become excessive outside the body." The clinical medical symptoms are severe fear of cold, high fever without sweating, body like burning charcoal, red face around the edges, dry facial skin with millet spots, severe headache and body pain, cough and wheezing, white and thick phlegm and mucus, restlessness and insomnia, throwing hands and feet, short and yellow urine, dry mouth and tongue and preference for cold, burnt and cracked lips, bleeding from the teeth and nose, red edges and tip of the tongue, white and greasy tongue coating, and floating and tight or floating, rapid and strong pulse. Da Qing Long Tang can both disperse external evil and treat external cold symptoms, and clear internal heat and treat internal accumulation of heat evil. Six liang of Ju Rui Ma Huang. In "Treatise on Febrile Diseases", the dosage used is no more than that of Da Qinglong Decoction. It is also combined with cinnamon twigs and ginger slices. It has a very strong sweating effect. If it is used incorrectly or not in accordance with the method of administration, it may cause excessive sweating, muscle twitching, stiffness of the limbs, and other changes that lead to loss of qi and blood. Therefore, you must be extremely cautious in its application and only use it after confirming that everything in the table is true. Ke Yunbo said: "Zhongjing diagnosed the disease based on the pulse, and only examined the excess and deficiency. Therefore, no matter it is a stroke or cold, if the pulse is strong under the finger, it is excess, and if it is weak, it is deficiency. If there is no sweat but the patient is upset, it is excess. If there is sweat and the patient is upset, it is deficiency. If the disease is in the Taiyang meridian and the patient is upset, it is excess, and if the disease is in the Shaoyin meridian and the patient is upset, it is deficiency. If the disease is excess, Daqinglong can be taken, but if the disease is deficiency, then it cannot be taken." "A very weak pulse, sweating and cold limbs are symptoms of Guizhi, and Daqinglong cannot be taken." What does this mean? We must follow it. No sweating but restlessness are the main symptoms of this prescription. Mr. Cao Yingfu said: "Dislike of hearing human voices as accompaniment, afraid of seeing strangers, sometimes angry at children crying at night, or suddenly happy to borrow books but throw them away after a few lines, this is called annoyance"; "I want to lie down but can't, I want to sit but can't, I want to walk but can't, I am repeatedly confused, I keep moving around in a short time but my hands and feet can't stop, this is called restlessness." This is caused by external evil and doubt, internal stagnation of qi and blood turning into heat, inability to sweat and inability to vent, which is completely different from the diagnosis and treatment of Yangming disease and annoyance. Because his symptoms are those of Ma Huang Tang plus restlessness, Ma Huang Tang with cooked gypsum, ginger slices and red dates is used to induce sweating, clear away heat, detoxify and relieve restlessness. |
