It is a name in traditional Chinese medicine and it is proved that it is caused by weak stomach qi and colic in the heart and abdomen, so it is called colic sha. When the patient is ill, he often feels severe pain, abnormal bloating, dizziness, screaming, blue lips, cramps in the limbs and many other symptoms. Symptoms of colic

Dizziness, extremely full heart, hyperactive intestinal sounds, paroxysmal severe colic or stabbing pain in the abdomen. During an attack, the patient tosses and turns, shouts incessantly, sweats profusely, has blue lips and cramps in the limbs.

Treat according to syndrome differentiation

1. If it is Yin Sha, there is abdominal pain and cold hands and feet, and there are red spots on the body, use a wick dipped in oil to burn them; if it is Yang Sha, there is intestinal pain and warm hands and feet, use a needle to prick the finger near the nail for about one and a half minutes, and the condition will improve after bleeding. First, draw the blood from both arms and gather it on the fingers, then prick them to draw out the blood. 2. To treat unbearable pain caused by colic, use one or two grams of fried salt and mix it with hot soup. If the patient is in critical condition, pour it into the mouth, and he will vomit or have diarrhea, and the intestinal pain will stop. 3. Dip your hands in warm water, and pat the purple and black areas on the patient's knees and wrists vigorously, and use acupuncture to remove the bad blood. 4. Use a spoon to scrape or moxibustion the four points on Tanzhong, Zhongji, Zhongwan, Qihai and the navel (with Shenfa point as the center, 1.5 inches away from the side, and select one point each up, down, left and right).

Many patients with this disease cannot be cured by bloodletting and refuse to take medicine, which results in the poisonous sha attacking their stomach and intestines and causing death. "If the pulse on the right hand is weak, bloodletting should be used, such as Baohua Powder and Chenxiang Pills. If you can fall into a deep sleep after taking them, you will be cured. If you feel drowsy and have colic, and spit saliva from your mouth, you should first prick your finger to bleed, then use Taohua Powder and Leng Sharen Decoction to adjust the condition, and use Sansha Decoction with Sophora flavescens, Rubia cordifolia, Honeysuckle, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Hawthorn, Radish Seed and other medicines.

If there is intestinal colic and the pulse is weak, Yu Jin San and Leng Shu Tang are suitable. If after drinking the medicine, the patient feels slightly better, the colic becomes severe again and the patient keeps crying out, then Dahuang Pills or Zi Pu Tang should be taken. See Sha Tiao.
