1 Nature and flavor and meridians

Houttuynia cordata is cold in nature, sweet and sour in taste, and enters the foot Shaoyin kidney meridian and foot Jueyin liver meridian. It is recorded in "Yuzhuo Yaojie": The juice of Houttuynia cordata is as black as ink and has the color of Shaoyin water. It enters the liver to nourish blood, and makes the hair and beard black. Stop all excessive bleeding and treat various sores. Apply the juice to the eyebrows and hair, and it will grow rapidly
