6. In daily life, you should pay attention to a light diet. Excessive salt and spicy food will make the face more sensitive. Eat more fruits and vegetables: especially those that help reduce sebum secretion and promote acne healing, such as: apples, pears, tomatoes, watermelons, cucumbers, loofahs, winter melons, bitter melons, etc., but be careful to eat less high-sugar fruits such as lychees, oranges, and durians.
