It is advisable to add 15g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 12g each of Cortex Moutan and Lithospermum officinale, and 3g of buffalo horn powder (orally). For patients with phlegm blocking the trachea, shortness of breath and restlessness, add 30-60mL of fresh bamboo juice several times a day. For patients with internal heat due to phlegm heat, coma, red tongue and thin coating, add 30-60mL of fresh bamboo juice, 10g each of pure natural Rhizoma Rhizoma and Radix Scutellariae, and change the finished medicine into Angong Niuhuang Pills. Take 1 pill each time, 2-3 times a day.

3. Subacute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease (damp phlegm blocking the heart and soul type) should be treated by warming the yang, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, and awakening the brain and opening the mind.

Remove the wild ginseng from the original prescription and add 10g of Polygonum multiflorum as the main treatment ingredient.

If the patient is in a coma, he should be given Suhexiang Pills orally. For those who are unable to speak, rub their teeth with dried black plum meat to make it difficult for them to speak. 4. Viral encephalitis and meningitis (phlegm and qi stagnation type) should be treated by clearing phlegm and clearing the meridians.

Simplify and modify my own prescription: 15g of Isatis indigotica, 10g each of Poria cocos, stir-fried Curcuma aromatica with alum water, Arisaema consanguineum, Fritillaria thunbergii, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, and Rhizoma Pinelliae, 6g each of Polygonum multiflorum and Acorus calamus, and 3g of Poria as the main treatment.

If the patient is restless and agitated, add 20g each of magnetite, greenstone and cassia seed (boil the three ingredients first). For patients with tics, add 15g of Uncaria rhynchophylla, 8g of Bombyx batryticatus, and 2g of antelope horn powder (to be swallowed separately). For those with excessive phlegm and fire, add 9g each of gentian, bupleurum, and seven-leaf spatholobi.

5. Influenza type B encephalitis (phlegm covering the clear orifices type) should be treated by warming the lungs and opening the orifices.

Replace Rhizoma Cibotii with Rhizoma Cibotii in your own prescription, remove the wild ginseng, add 12g of whole Trichosanthes kirilowii and 9g of Polygonum multiflorum as the main treatment method.

If there is a lot of phlegm in the throat, use 2 parts of real estate powder, 1 part of moon lime powder, and 1 part of Xuanming powder, mix them, take 1-3g each time, 3 times a day, orally. For patients who are irritable and restless, wailing and crying, with a red tongue and a thin coating, remove the Erchen Decoction and add 12g each of Gentiana scabra, Gardenia jasminoides and Rehmannia glutinosa. Combine the prescription with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction: raw cassia seed (pre-boiled) 30g, tortoise shell, magnetite (both pre-boiled) 18g each, asparagus 15g, arisaema confusa, bamboo shavings, adenophora radix, Uncaria rhynchophylla 12g each, pinellia ternata, tangerine peel, calamus, raw dragon bone, raw oyster (pre-boiled) 10g each, and liquorice 6g as the main treatment.

If the stool is not smooth and difficult to pass, add 10g of Glauber's Salt (divided into two doses) and 6g of Coptis chinensis.

7. Drug-induced deafness (phlegm-blocked lateral type) should be treated by clearing phlegm, expelling wind, removing toxins and relieving dizziness.

The prescription is used as the main treatment method, with the addition of Gastrodia elata 12g, whole chrysanthemum 10g, and white aconite 6g.

8. The treatment of nasal cyst (phlegm, dampness and coagulation type) should be to eliminate dampness, relieve cough and resolve phlegm, and eliminate lumps and tumors.

Remove wild ginseng and kudzu vine from the prescription, and add 15g of Poria cocos, 12g each of Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, and Alisma orientalis, and 6g of cinnamon twig as the main treatment prescription. If secondary infection occurs and swelling and tenderness occur, add 15g of dandelion flower, 12g each of bupleurum and scutellaria. If the swelling does not heal for a long time, add 15g each of loofah and radix smilax china, 12g each of tongcao and earthworm.

9. The treatment of benign tumors of the nostrils and nasal polyps (phlegm and coagulation type) should be to eliminate dampness, relieve cough and resolve phlegm, and eliminate lumps and tumors.

Interaction with one's own prescription: 15g each of raw oyster (fried first), Poria cocos, 12g each of Citrus aurantium, processed Pinellia ternata, sea clam powder, kelp, and algae as the main treatment prescription.

If phlegm accumulates and turns into heat, and the tongue coating is thick and yellow, add 15g of Salted Plantago Seed (package) and 12g of Bupleurum.

10. The treatment of malignant tumors of the nose and nasal polyps (phlegm and coagulation type) should be to clear the phlegm, resolve the turbidity and dissolve the knots.

The main treatment formula is composed of: 15g each of Bombyx Batryticatus, Pumice, Algae, Kelp, Fritillaria thunbergii, Poria cocos, and 12g each of processed Arisaema consanguineum, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, processed Pinellia ternata, Trillium gizzardii, Chicken Gizzard Stone, and Chinese medicine Pangolin.

If there is chest tightness, shortness of breath, and excessive phlegm, add 15g of whole Trichosanthes kirilowii, 12g each of Fritillaria thunbergii and Curcuma aromatica.

13. Laryngeal cancer (phlegm and coagulation type) should be treated by clearing away phlegm, heat and dampness, eliminating lumps and cancer.

Add 15g each of raw oysters, clam shells (boiled first), and pumice stone to your own recipe, and 12g of Trillium gracile as the main treatment. If the patient has spleen deficiency, fatigue, and pale and fat tongue, add 15g each of Chinese yam, Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos. For those with chest and abdominal distension and poor appetite, add 15g of maltose, 12g each of perilla and chicken gizzard lining.

14. Schizophrenia (liver deficiency, cowardice, phlegm disturbing the mind type) should be treated by clearing phlegm, opening the orifices, relieving depression and calming the mind. Remove wild ginseng from the original prescription, and add 15g each of salvia miltiorrhiza and raw malt, and 6g each of turmeric, amber and mint as the main treatment prescription. 15. Epilepsy (phlegm and blood stasis turning into fire, obstruction of the mind) should be treated by warming the lungs, opening the orifices, and soothing the gallbladder and liver.

Remove wild ginseng, bamboo shavings and licorice from the prescription, and add 20g of raw malt, 15g of purple salvia miltiorrhiza, 10g of white aconite, 6g each of gentian and scutellaria, and 5g of curcuma as the main treatment prescription.
