How to treat excessive oily body

How to treat excessive oily body

Some friends find that their bodies often produce oil. Not only the face, but even the back can become oily. Many people don’t know why their bodies produce oil. In fact, this has a lot to do with their physical constitution. If our body produces oil frequently, it is likely that we have naturally oily skin. So, how should we treat the situation where the body produces too much oil?

1. Congenital oily skin

For people with congenital oily skin, any oily food they eat will show up on their skin, which is particularly distressing for many people. However, congenital oily skin can be alleviated through medication. Oral vitamin B2 can effectively alleviate the problem of oily skin.

2. Excessive intake of oil

Sometimes the body produces a lot of oil, perhaps because the body consumes too much oil on a daily basis. The oil that cannot be digested in the body will also be discharged through the pores of the skin, which will cause the face that has just been washed to become greasy again after a short while. It is also particularly easy to get pimples or acne on the nose and chin.

Regarding excessive oil production in the body, I have a few suggestions to share with you, I hope it will be helpful to you.

1. Use of skin care products

When choosing skin care products, try to choose refreshing and oil-removing types. If necessary, buy a face brush to clear the oil accumulated in the pores at one time. It is best to wash your face with warm water at about 40 degrees every morning, and then wash it again with cold water to shrink the pores. For oily skin, it is sufficient to wash your face about 3 times a day.

2. Eat less greasy and spicy food

In life, try to eat less greasy and spicy food, and eat more vegetables, which can reduce the body's burden on digesting fat and develop good eating habits, which is not only good for oil control, but also has a lot of help for various functions of the body.
