The first type: lift exercise

Action essentials: Open the palm of your right hand and insert it into the lower groove of your left chest. Then, lift up while gently closing the tiger's mouth. Move upwards and gather together without using too much force; just have a feeling of concentrating towards the center. Repeat 10 times, then switch to the left hand and massage the right chest, and repeat 10 times.

Effect: This action supports the breasts, preventing them from sagging and shaping them into a perfect "conical" shape.

Second type: adduction exercise

Key points of the action: Spread the five fingers of your right hand, do not put them together, otherwise you will not be able to exert any force.

Place four fingers on the outside of the left chest and the thumb on the upper part of the chest. Generally speaking, "wrap" the chest. Then, gently pull it inwards. Repeat 10 times, then switch to the left hand, draw in the right chest, and repeat 10 times.

Effect: This movement can prevent the breasts from expanding outward. Many people have ugly breasts, not only because of sagging, but also because of the outward extension to form "accessory breasts", which makes them look fat and their breasts have no shape.

Type 3: Stretching exercise

Key points of the movement: Put your five fingers together, place your right hand on top of your left chest, and gently pull up to your collarbone. Note that you don't slide up along the skin, but the position of your hand is fixed, and you make a pulling "force" upwards, not acting on the surface of the skin, but feeling deeply. Repeat 10 times, then switch to the left hand, stretch the right chest, and repeat 10 times.

The fourth type: massage exercise

Key points: Spread your thumbs, place your right hand on your left chest, and massage in circles from outside to inside. Note that the entire movement is actually completed with the palm of your hand. The movement should be gentle and must act on the entire chest. Repeat 10 times, then switch to the left hand, massage the right chest, and repeat 10 times.

Efficacy: Soften the entire chest, heat it up, increase blood circulation in the chest, and thus achieve the purpose of breast enhancement.

Purpose of exercise: For some people, the lower part of the breasts does not sag very seriously, but the upper part has an obvious concave shape, so this exercise is specifically aimed at the sagging of the upper part of the breasts.
