What to do if your teeth are decayed

Tooth decay is quite common in our daily life. The main cause is tooth decay. Failure to pay attention to personal oral hygiene often leads to the growth of dental bacteria, which eventually erode the teeth and cause tooth decay. The first one :

It is only a little bit rotten, and there is no obvious pain. It causes pain, and most of the time it turns black, which is called caries. In a situation like this, you just need to go to the dentist, grind off the blackened part, pad it with calcium hydroxide, and then fill it with resin.

Second type:

When one-third of the tooth is rotten, there will usually be pain, conscious pain, and stimulant pain. In this case, the tooth has basically rotted to the pulp. You can only do root canal treatment, then fill, pad, and then use resin to fill the tooth.

The third type:

More than half of it is rotten and the defect is severe. There must have been a painful period. The pulp has become festered and filled with dust and debris. There is a strong odor, and there is a fever from time to time and general discomfort. In this case, the dentin inside the tooth has almost decayed, and what remains is the relatively solid enamel. After cleaning it, check whether the tooth root is still strong and can accept the bite. If the empty shell left in the tooth root is acceptable, root canal treatment will be performed, followed by filling, post driving, and finally porcelain teeth will be inlaid. If the tooth root is no longer viable, just extract it and then consider tooth implants after the trauma has healed.

There is no crown above the gum, so the only option is to extract the tooth root. Piling as a crown will definitely prevent stones. It is also not recommended to grind down the teeth on both sides to make bridge crowns after pile driving, as this will cause secondary damage. There is no need to feel sorry for these rotten roots. They can be pulled out and used as cultivated teeth. Whoever feels sorry will waste money.

When a tooth is rotten, we should follow some principles, never feel pain and never rub the nerves. If there is more nerve left after the tooth is extracted, a crown will be made; if there is less nerve left, a crown will be made by driving a pile. Only the tooth root is left, which is best extracted. If you have missing teeth, try to grow new ones if possible.
