What does endocrine disorder mean?

Perhaps everyone is familiar with the term "endocrine disorders". Many adverse reactions in the human body are caused by endocrine disorders. Normal endocrine can maintain human health, but due to people's bad eating habits, sleeping habits and other living habits, it is very easy to cause endocrine disorders. When facing endocrine disorders, people need to have a certain understanding. Here we will introduce what endocrine disorders mean.

A healthy human body regulates its metabolism and physiological functions through various hormones in the endocrine system and the nervous system. The endocrine system is composed of endocrine glands, scattered endocrine cells and the hormones they secrete. It is involved in regulating many physiological activities and life phenomena such as the human body's metabolic process, growth and development, reproductive aging, etc. It collaborates with various enzymes (biochemical enzymes) to maintain the relative stability of the human internal environment in order to adapt to complex and changeable changes inside and outside the body. Hormones are the messengers of the endocrine system. They are transmitted to target cells through body fluids to exert stimulatory or inhibitory effects, thereby regulating the functions of target cells. Under normal circumstances, various hormones maintain a balance through a feedback regulation mechanism. If this balance is disrupted for some reason (too much or too little of a certain hormone, or hormone resistance), it is called endocrine dyscrasia. When the human endocrine system is disturbed, various signs will appear, especially in women, where the symptoms are more obvious.

How to regulate endocrine disorders?

1. Take a nice bath

Taking a bath is one of the simplest and most practical ways to maintain physical and mental balance. Repeated bathing at high temperature (39°C) can promote blood vessel contraction and expansion, and promote blood circulation throughout the body. Soak in the bath for three minutes, rest for five minutes, and repeat three times each time. The effect is equivalent to jogging 1-2 kilometers. Of course, adding some essential oil will have a better effect.

2. Get a good night’s sleep

Staying up late is actually affecting your health. People who often stay up late will not only have endocrine problems, but also poor metabolism. Therefore, it is important to have a reasonable schedule and maintain adequate and high-quality sleep. You can do moderate exercise or drink a cup of hot milk 3 hours before going to bed to help you sleep well.

3. Eat less fast food to reduce toxin accumulation

The gifts that fast food brings to both men and women often include a higher incidence of cardiovascular diseases and even systemic tumors. Excessive intake of saturated fatty acids will stimulate excessive secretion of estrogen. The steroids in fat can be converted into estrogen in the body, increasing the risk of breast cancer.

4. Soybeans help regulate female hormone balance

Soybeans and soy products contain a large amount of phytoestrogens, which can not only play a "replenishing" role when estrogen is low, but also have the benefit of "regulating" when estrogen is too high. It plays an important role in balancing estrogen secretion in the body and preventing breast cancer.

5. Get a massage when you have nothing to do

Correct massage techniques can maintain smooth blood circulation, accelerate metabolism, and help eliminate waste and toxins from the body. Every time you watch TV, you can pat your limbs and massage your back and waist, which can easily improve your health.

6. Keep exercising

Regular exercise, especially aerobic exercise, can help burn calories, lose weight, and bring oxygen to all parts of the body, thereby improving metabolism.
