Under normal circumstances, it falls within the scope of physiological activities and will not cause disease. So where will the internal injuries caused by emotions usually occur?

Emotional injury:

One is that excessive emotions lead to excessive liver regulation, excess liver qi, and upward flow of liver fire, which manifests as symptoms of qi and blood disorder.

The second is worry and depression, which lead to poor liver function and qi blockage, resulting in liver qi stagnation, which manifests as various depression syndromes.

(IV) Grief and Fear Syndrome

Clinical manifestations: easily sad or happy crying, listlessness, fatigue, pale complexion; or timid and easily frightened, fearful and uneasy, palpitations and insomnia, often awakened by nightmares, or even incontinence, or spermatorrhea, impotence, etc.
