How to have a quick birth

How to have a quick birth

Due to the limitations of medical technology, the mortality rate of women during childbirth has remained at a very high level for a long time, and many deaths caused by difficult labor and medical accidents are also regrettable. However, with the development of medical technology and the improvement of doctors' professional level, the safety of natural childbirth for women has been greatly guaranteed and the chance of accidents has been greatly reduced. For a family, having a child is still a big deal. How can we make the birth faster and smoother?

If you want the birth process to be faster and smoother, you should prepare as early as possible before delivery. The most important thing is to maintain an appropriate amount of exercise during pregnancy. For example, taking a walk, doing prenatal yoga under professional guidance, and walking up and down stairs appropriately are all good choices.

During pregnancy, fully learning and familiarizing yourself with the childbirth process and having sufficient knowledge and psychological preparation can reduce fear and anxiety during childbirth and avoid some misunderstandings. Be able to face childbirth more calmly.

When entering the labor process, the longest stage is the cervical dilation stage. During this stage, if conditions permit, some exercises should be taken to promote cervical dilation. This includes walking, taking the stairs, and sitting on a yoga ball.

During the dilation and contraction stages, remember not to exert force and try to endure the pain in a relaxed state. Otherwise the cervix will open more slowly. This is very important. And pay attention to replenishing food in time. The doctor recommends porridge and pasta as the best.

The dilation of the cervix and the labor pain phases are very physically demanding and it was difficult to fall asleep. This was my first child, so the process took a particularly long time. During that time, the doctor gave me a sedative, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep and regain some strength, which was of great help in the subsequent delivery.

During the delivery stage, you should push and breathe according to the midwife's instructions, stay calm, and remember not to push recklessly. This is the fastest way to deliver the baby.

Precautions

1. The nurse reminded me not to eat chocolate or Red Bull too early during the labor phase, and to eat porridge and noodles to replenish my energy.

2. Pregnancy yoga is suitable for pregnant women who have a basic understanding of yoga. It is not recommended for those without a basic understanding.
