Genetic heart failure

Valvular insufficiency is also called heart valve insufficiency. It is mainly caused by several reasons, such as rheumatic heart disease, uneven hemolysis in the heart, and hemolytic streptococcal infection, including ischemic cardiomyopathy, and acute myocardial infarction. Whether it is hereditary can only be known through diagnosis.

There are many reasons for heart valve insufficiency, mainly due to the following reasons:

First, rheumatic heart valve disease is mainly caused by rheumatic fever after hemolytic streptococcal infection, which causes valvular insufficiency of the heart valves, mainly the mitral valve and the aortic valve.

Second, it is seen in other diseases, such as ischemic cardiomyopathy, which may cause myocardial ischemia, especially acute myocardial infarction leading to heart valve insufficiency.

The third is infective endocarditis, which is mainly caused by bacterial and fungal infections that directly invade the heart valves, causing heart valve insufficiency.

Fourth, it is possible that the heart valve disease is caused by trauma

Fifth, it may be an immune system disease, Takayasu arteritis and other immune reactions. Systemic lupus erythematosus may cause heart valve disease.

In addition, some rare diseases such as tumors and tumor metastasis may also cause problems with heart valves.
