People who always have blisters on their hands often experience peeling and itching. They have even tried various treatments, but the results have always been poor. Dyshidrotic eczema is a type of skin eczema. In recent years, it has appeared in different groups of people, causing redness or itching on the hands, accompanied by a burning sensation. Why is dyshidrotic eczema most likely to occur in the summer? What causes blisters on hands? Many people suffer from blisters, itching and peeling on their hands. They try various methods to treat it, but the problem is never solved and recurs every year. This phenomenon is quite common and is medically called dyshidrotic eczema. Dyshidrosis is a type of skin eczema that occurs symmetrically on the sides of the hands or feet. Because it occurs in the hands and feet where sweat glands are particularly developed, and blisters are the main symptom, it is named dyshidrotic eczema. Most people believe that the cause of the disease is a nonspecific skin eczema-like reaction, which is related to personal constitution, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, and mental factors. The disease is characterized by repeated appearance of millet-sized papules and blisters on the palms and fingers, with no obvious inflammation around them. The blister walls are relatively thick, and the blister fluid is transparent at first, but then becomes turbid. After 2 to 3 days, the blister fluid is absorbed by itself, and desquamation forms after drying, revealing pink new epithelium. Linear fissures form during flexion and extension of the fingers, and the rash is symmetrically distributed. The patient feels itching and burning pain in the affected area. Hot flashes are common in summer and can heal on their own in autumn without treatment. They can easily recur for several years. Symptoms of blisters on hands 1. The occurrence of dyshidrotic eczema has obvious seasonality. It often occurs at the turn of spring and summer and heals itself in winter. It mainly occurs in young people. 2. It is now generally believed to be a skin eczema-like reaction, which is related to factors such as mental stress, excessive sweating of hands and feet, fungal infection and allergic reaction. 3. Symmetrical occurrence on the palms and soles, deep in small blisters, occurring in batches, with tense blister walls, millet to rice-grain size, hemispherical and slightly raised above the skin surface, visible on the palms, sides and fingertips, with no inflammatory response. After the blisters dry up, they peel off to reveal new skin, often accompanied by varying degrees of itching and burning sensation. 4. Dyshidrotic eczema often recurs regularly every year. |
