Where are the liver and gallbladder reflex areas on the soles of the feet?

As we all know, there are many degrees in our body. This is the theory in traditional Chinese medicine. Moreover, proper massage of acupoints can effectively treat diseases. For example, some people may have hiccups for a long time. At this time, pressing the Neiguan point for less than a minute can relieve the hiccups. This is enough to prove that acupoints can indeed treat diseases. So, where is the liver and gallbladder reflex area on the sole of the foot?

The reflex zone of the sole of the foot refers to the corresponding part of each organ in the human body on the sole of the foot. By massaging the corresponding part, the state of organ function can be adjusted.

Foot reflexology is an ancient yet novel treatment method. It originated in China, spread abroad hundreds of years ago, flourished and bore fruit abroad, and became popular in Western countries, especially in East Asian Japan, Central and South Asia (Southeast Asia), Vietnam and other countries.
