1. Lifestyle

You should have a regular life. Drink a glass of water in the morning to stimulate your appetite, then eat breakfast. Do some exercise from time to time. If you have time in the early morning, running in the park is very good. Eat every meal on time and don’t skip meals if you are not hungry. This is not good for the stomach, because when it comes to mealtime, the stomach starts to wait impatiently for its food. It is important to get enough sleep at night. 5. Wash your hair frequently

6. Avoid spicy foods

When our skin is in an allergic period, eating spicy food is simply adding insult to injury. At the same time, eating spicy food will cause the skin to become dry and dehydrated.

7. Eat more fruits

If you have allergies on your face, you should eat more fruits containing vitamin A and vitamin C, which will help relieve the allergies. 8. Drink more honey
