Allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis

Summer is a season with a high incidence of allergic pharyngitis, especially some allergies, or some rhinitis, asthma, and even chronic rhinitis may directly cause allergic pharyngitis. It can be said that the incidence of allergic pharyngitis is quite common, and sometimes you can even have allergic pharyngitis problems if you are not careful.

Therefore, it is very important to understand some common sense, causes, treatment methods, nursing methods, and prevention and treatment measures of allergic pharyngitis. So what are the factors that cause allergic pharyngitis? How to prevent allergic pharyngitis in daily life?

Directions:

After lunch every day, take 1-2 teaspoons each of desensitizing powder, anti-inflammatory powder, and five-level detoxification and cleansing powder with warm water; take 1 tablet of each of the others.

Allergic pharyngitis

Allergic pharyngitis often occurs during the change of seasons and is an inflammatory lesion of the pharyngeal mucosa. Inhalation of allergens such as dust mites, pollen, fungi, animal dander, repeated respiratory tract infections, emotional tension, excitement, anger, etc., strenuous exercise causing excessive ventilation that irritates the airway mucosa, etc., can easily irritate the throat mucosa and cause symptoms such as sore throat, dry cough, and itchy throat. Therefore, many patients with allergic pharyngitis often mistakenly believe that they have a lung infection, but when they go to the hospital for a chest X-ray, no lung problems are found, so they leave it alone. In this way, once the disease worsens, the patient will have excessive sputum, hoarseness, difficulty breathing, etc. due to throat edema, and in severe cases, even suffocation may occur.

Allergic pharyngitis is prone to occur in people with allergic constitutions. Therefore, people with a history of allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis, asthma, allergic purpura, urticaria, etc. should be especially careful. The most important thing is to do a good job of prevention: first, avoid allergens as much as possible, and it is best to wear a mask when going out; second, avoid tobacco, alcohol, spicy, too cold, too hot and other foods that irritate the throat; finally, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and exercise moderately to improve the body's immunity.

The main symptoms of allergic pharyngitis are: various discomforts in the throat, such as foreign body sensation, itching, burning, dryness, slight pain, dry cough, sputum that is difficult to cough up, fatigue when speaking, or nausea when brushing teeth and rinsing mouth, and talking for a long time.

Causes of allergic pharyngitis

There are many causes of allergic pharyngitis, which can be divided into the following three categories:

▲External factors: Living in a cold and dry climate, working environment air polluted by dust and chemical gases, long-term stimulation from smoking, drinking, and spicy food are all likely to cause pharyngitis.

▲Local factors: Allergic pharyngitis may be caused by allergic rhinitis, asthma and other diseases, and repeated attacks of acute pharyngitis may turn into a chronic disease. Diseases of adjacent organs, such as chronic tonsillitis, gingivitis, dental caries, chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, etc., which cause inflammatory secretions to flow into the pharynx, or chronic nasal diseases that cause nasal ventilation difficulties and mouth breathing, as well as long-term stimulation of the pharynx by allergens can all cause pharyngitis.

▲Systemic factors: Long-term irregular lifestyle; fatigue and mental stress reduce the body's resistance; bacteria and viruses are prone to repeated infections. Especially people with allergic constitution are overly sensitive to the external environment and climate changes, and are prone to catching colds and causing allergic pharyngitis.

Since the throat is an important organ for swallowing food, speaking and breathing, once symptoms of allergic pharyngitis appear, timely treatment should be sought. For patients with severe and recurrent illness, who also have allergic rhinitis, asthma and other allergic diseases in addition to allergic pharyngitis, "comprehensive immune desensitization combined therapy" is currently the most effective method for treating such diseases.

Allergic pharyngitis treatment

The most effective measure to treat stubborn allergies is to find out the allergy-inducing factors (allergens), but accurately finding the causative factors among 20,000 different inducing factors is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The latest authoritative experiments confirm that the number of free radicals in allergic people is much higher than that in non-allergic people! The invasion of free radicals on the human immune system is the basis for the formation of allergic constitution. It will also directly oxidize the mast cells and alkaliphilic cells of the human body, causing cell membrane rupture and releasing histamine, resulting in allergic reactions. Therefore, to improve allergic constitution, free radicals must be eliminated.

Free radicals come from two sources: one is that they are continuously produced during the body's own oxidative metabolism; the other is that environmental pollution, radiation, bad living habits, etc., also continuously produce free radicals. Free radicals can be called the source of all evil and the culprit of all diseases. The aging of the human body and the occurrence of many diseases are closely related to it. Lipid peroxides formed by free radicals can damage biological membranes, destroy cells, hinder normal metabolism, accelerate aging, and cause a variety of diseases such as immune imbalance, allergies, stubborn dermatitis, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, asthma, eczema, hypertension, myocardial infarction, diabetes, hepatitis, gout, nephritis, cataracts, etc.

In the current hospital tests, checking only 50-100 allergens is far from comprehensive enough, but we can completely change our allergic constitution through the world's first "full-effect immune desensitization combined therapy" series of products from American Jiakang.

The above is a brief introduction to allergic pharyngitis. In fact, I don’t need to say more about the harm of allergic pharyngitis. Long-term irregular lifestyle and fatigue may aggravate the condition of this disease. Therefore, for the sake of your own health, you should reduce these disease-causing factors.
