Jobben's thyroiditis

Jobben's thyroiditis

Chopra's thyroiditis is also called chronic thyroiditis. The onset of this disease is very slow and generally there are no obvious symptoms. Therefore, when going to the hospital, patients will have symptoms of hypothyroidism. Some patients will also have symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Generally, the condition of Chopra's thyroiditis will last for a long time. Chopra's thyroiditis is very common in middle-aged women.

We don't know much about Jobe's thyroiditis, and some people don't know what kind of disease it is. Jobe's thyroiditis is divided into different stages: early, middle and late stages. It has many causes. Let's take a look at the introduction below, which will help everyone understand this disease.

1. Causes of Jobben's thyroiditis

1. Patients with other autoimmune diseases, such as pernicious anemia, disseminated herpes erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and chronic active hepatitis. In the late stage of the disease, hypothyroidism occurs, with clinical manifestations of myxedema. The patient's genetic defect in suppressor lymphocytes leads to the production of thyroid autoantibodies.

2. Genetic factors are closely related to the pathogenesis of autoimmunity. This disease has a familial clustering phenomenon and is more common in women. In the study of HLA genetic factors abroad, it was found that DBW3 and DR5 increased in white people in Europe and America, while DBW53 appeared more frequently in Japanese.

In fact, understanding the cause of Hashimoto's disease is not only beneficial for prevention, but also very beneficial for the treatment of the disease. It can be treated symptomatically and solved fundamentally. The following is a detailed introduction to the causes of this disease. I hope it will be helpful to everyone and can better prevent this disease.

According to clinical observation, Joben's disease can be divided into three stages:

1. Early stage, hyperthyroidism stage. When the disease is mild, the patient only has mild symptoms of hyperthyroidism, such as good appetite, easy fatigue, mild insomnia, depression and irritability. When the condition is severe, obvious symptoms of hyperthyroidism will appear. Good results can be achieved by taking some drugs to treat hyperthyroidism, but drug-induced hypothyroidism is also likely to occur. Some patients also "heal themselves" without treatment due to the reduction of inflammation. Good efficacy and high recurrence rate are the characteristics of this stage.

2. Middle stage: the period of coexistence of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. After repeated destruction of the thyroid tissue, the number of cells with normal functions gradually decreases. When the number decreases to a certain level, symptoms of hypothyroidism appear. Another characteristic of this period is that patients have symptoms of hyperthyroidism, but laboratory test indicators will be slightly high or normal.

3. Late stage, low thyroid stage. The secretion of thyroid hormone is further reduced, which is clinically a manifestation of hypothyroidism. Therefore, after supplementing thyroid hormone, although the test indicators of patients in this period are normal, many people feel uncomfortable from time to time, and sometimes even feel symptoms of hyperthyroidism. It is worth noting that some patients also develop hyperthyroidism indicators and symptoms due to worsening infection, which some works call "hypothyroidism to hyperthyroidism." Clinically, every onset of hyperthyroidism in patients with chronic thyroiditis indicates further aggravation of hypothyroidism.

Although Job's thyroiditis has no obvious symptoms in the early stages, we will still find some subtle abnormalities if we are careful enough. However, many times they are ignored, which will cause harm in the later stages. Therefore, we must pay more attention to our bodies, especially go to the hospital for regular physical examinations.
