Where are the liver and gallbladder meridians located in the human body?

In traditional Chinese medicine, the gallbladder meridian and the liver meridian are two very important parts. So to ensure the health of the body, the first thing is to ensure that these two parts are unblocked. At this time, it is necessary to understand their locations clearly. So where are the liver and gallbladder meridians in the human body?

1. The location of the gallbladder meridian is roughly at the finger area above the trouser line when the arm is hanging down.

The gallbladder meridian has a natural landmark on the outside of the thigh, which is the location of people's trouser line. If you want to lose fat in this area, just tap it with your knuckles. Because these acupoints are in the muscle layer under the skin and not on the surface of the skin, the force when tapping must be able to penetrate into the muscles. Only by knocking in this way can the effect be truly obvious.

2. The location of the liver meridian is simply on the inner thigh, from the thigh root to near the knee.

Use the base of your palm to push the liver meridian on the inner thigh. Every day before going to bed, use the base of your palms to push from the base of the thigh to near the knee, pushing the liver meridian 300 times. When pushing, you can apply a little soap or grease to lubricate it to avoid scratching the skin. Massage the inner thighs more often, preferably with reciprocating motions along the thighs. If you can tolerate the pain, put your four fingers together and use the second joint to "scrape and push" for more obvious results. Gua Sha is also good here!

3. Symptoms of liver and gallbladder meridian obstruction include heat

The main symptoms are low fever, dryness, or local abnormal sweating in certain parts of the body. Generally, this is also because the meridians in the body are blocked and the heat cannot be dissipated through normal channels. In addition to the redness, swelling, heat, and pain caused by exogenous pathogens which are related to the blockage of the meridians where the fever is located, general low-grade fever may come from the connected meridians.
