What's wrong with the red blood streaks on my face?

We often find that some of our friends have red faces. In fact, this is caused by red blood streaks on the face. So what are the red blood streaks on the face? The scientific medical explanation is that it is due to the continuous expansion of the capillaries on the face, or the thickness of the stratum corneum on the surface of the face is too thin, causing some capillaries to be superficial. It is divided into congenital and acquired, and the congenital one is more difficult to cure.

Acquired ones are mainly caused by bad living habits and stimulating external environment. People will experience temporary dilation of facial capillaries when they are excited, angry, or after drinking, but these will return to normal after a while. If the capillaries on the face are in a state of expansion for a long time, deposited pigmentation will occur, which is difficult to cure. This will greatly reduce your image.

So, what should we pay attention to in our daily lives to try to avoid this situation? First of all, try not to smoke or drink. In terms of diet, try to eat less spicy and irritating foods, such as malatang. Also try to eat less seafood such as fish, shrimp and crabs. Eat more vegetables and fruits, and keep your daily diet as light as possible. Drink plenty of water or tea. You should also wash your face frequently with warm water to replenish moisture to your facial skin.

Try to avoid living in high-altitude cold areas or under conditions of strong ultraviolet radiation, otherwise it is easy to get what we often call "highland redness". When going out, try to protect yourself from UV rays, such as using some skin care products like sunscreen. An umbrella and a hat are also essential. There are also some special industries, such as chefs, who need to pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance of their facial skin after work.

Some young female friends often do facial beauty treatments to thin the stratum corneum. This must be done in moderation. If the stratum corneum is too thin, the ability to resist external stimuli will be greatly reduced, and the ability to protect against ultraviolet rays will also decrease, which can easily cause red bloodshot on the face. In addition, when choosing cosmetics, you must choose products that do not contain heavy metal elements.
