(A) Chronic tonsillitis with repeated acute attacks.

(3) Those whose tonsils are too enlarged, which hinders swallowing and breathing and leads to nutritional disorders.

(iv) Patients with rheumatic fever, nephritis, arthritis, rheumatic heart disease, etc., whose tonsils are suspected to be the lesion.

(V) Chronic otitis media with effusion caused by hypertrophy of tonsils and tonsils, which affects the function of Eustachian tube and is not responsive to conservative treatment.

(6) Diphtheria carriers who have not responded to conservative treatment.

(VII) Long-term low-grade fever of unknown cause and chronic inflammation of the tonsils.

(VIII) Various benign tonsillar tumors; cases of malignant tumors should be selected with caution.
