However, many people have different reasons for heel pain, so what is the cause of heel pain? The following is a detailed introduction so that you can have a good understanding of this problem.

What causes heel pain:

Heel pain is mostly caused by congenital deficiency or postnatal malnutrition, as well as aging and other factors that lead to physical decline, degenerative changes in various tissues and organs, weak foot strength, and ligament relaxation, which leads to a lowered arch of the foot, increased tension on the plantar fascia, and a more concentrated and stronger pulling force at the starting point. Therefore, aging or decline is the root cause of heel pain.

Another cause of heel pain is the onset of gout. Generally speaking, when gout attacks, the local redness, swelling, heat and pain in the foot joints occur suddenly. People who seemed healthy and had no illnesses may suddenly be in so much pain that they cannot walk or wear shoes. People will have some premonitions 1 to 12 hours before the attack, but as soon as the premonition period is over, intense pain will occur immediately, and the pain intensity increases every second, reaching its peak within 24 hours, and then the pain will slowly subside.

Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of the causes of heel pain, so when such a problem occurs, we must improve it in time. However, it should be noted that in daily life, the feet also need to be well protected. Proper walking is the best choice so as not to harm yourself.
