Diabetes precautions

Speaking of diabetes, I believe that middle-aged and elderly friends must be very familiar with this disease. However, as people's lifestyles are becoming more and more unhealthy, diabetes is no longer exclusive to the elderly, and many young people have experienced high blood sugar levels. For diabetic patients, they must pay attention to daily care. Only in this way can they prevent the occurrence of diabetes complications. You must know that the harm of diabetes complications can be very serious.

In order to avoid diabetes complications, there are many diabetes precautions that patients need to pay attention to. Only by comprehensively preventing diabetes complications can their occurrence be avoided, thus ensuring that diabetes will not threaten the patient's life. Specific diabetes precautions are as follows:

First point: Don’t overeat, live a regular life, chew your meals slowly, and eat more vegetables. If possible, try not to eat foods high in glucose or sucrose in a short period of time to prevent your blood sugar from rising rapidly in a short period of time. This helps protect pancreatic function, especially those with a family history of diabetes must remember this!

Second point: Have regular sex life to prevent infectious diseases; do not take excessive amounts of antibiotics. Some viral infections and overdose of antibiotics can induce diabetes.

Third point: Friends with abnormal glucose tolerance or a family history of diabetes can prevent the occurrence of diabetes to the greatest extent possible: take niacinamide, Vb1, Vb6, and methyl Vb12 (Mecobalamin) for three months each year to enhance pancreatic function; take Vc and Ve for half a month when the seasons change, and the dosage should be large, which can improve one's own immunity and eliminate free radicals.

Fourth point: Exercise more and stay up late less. Good living habits are the best way to treat diabetes.

Fifth point: Many diabetic patients do not know whether they can eat sugar. Diabetic patients cannot eat sugar means that they cannot directly consume sucrose and glucose in their daily diet. Fructose can be eaten, and the decomposition of fructose does not require the participation of insulin. However, honey should be consumed with caution.

After learning about the precautions for diabetes, all diabetic patients must pay attention to these matters in their daily care, control their blood sugar, and do not let their blood sugar continue to rise. In particular, be careful not to eat sweets. If blood sugar remains at a relatively high level, it is impossible to prevent the occurrence of diabetes complications.
