Hepatitis B

When it comes to hepatitis B, there are many things you need to pay attention to, such as its infectiousness and its harm to liver function. The most important thing is that my country is still a country with a high incidence of hepatitis B. Basically, one out of every 10 people is a carrier of hepatitis B. In order to reduce the harm of hepatitis B to the human body, we will introduce the disease to you here.

If you want to understand hepatitis B, in addition to the cause of the disease, you need to understand its symptoms. The cause of the disease can be mainly attributed to infection. In addition, the so-called heredity is actually caused by infection. The main symptoms of hepatitis B are:

1. Systemic symptoms

The liver can affect the entire body. Due to damaged liver function, hepatitis B patients often feel weak, lack of energy, edema in the lower limbs or the whole body, easy fatigue, lack of energy, insomnia, nightmares and other hepatitis B symptoms. A small number of people may also experience hepatitis B symptoms similar to a cold.

2. Digestive tract symptoms

The liver is an important digestive organ in the human body. Hepatitis B patients often have obvious hepatitis B symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, aversion to oil, upper abdominal discomfort, and abdominal distension due to reduced bile secretion.

3. Jaundice

The liver is the center of bilirubin metabolism. The bilirubin concentration in the blood of hepatitis B patients increases, and they will experience jaundice, yellow skin and urine, dark tea-colored urine and other hepatitis B symptoms.

4. Pain in the liver area

The liver generally does not feel pain, but there are pain nerves distributed on the liver capsule on the surface of the liver. When hepatitis B worsens, hepatitis B patients will experience hepatitis B symptoms such as discomfort and dull pain in the right upper abdomen and right hypochondrium.

5. Hepatosplenomegaly

Hepatitis B patients often have symptoms of hepatitis B such as liver enlargement due to inflammation, congestion, edema, and cholestasis.

6. Palm performance

Many hepatitis B patients will experience hepatitis B symptoms such as liver palms. The palm surface of hepatitis B patients will be red and congested, and there will be obvious tenderness on the palm surface of the second joint of the ring fingers of both hands, and other symptoms of hepatitis B.

7. Skin manifestations

Many patients with chronic hepatitis, especially those with cirrhosis, have a dull or dark complexion, which is called liver disease face. This may be a symptom of hepatitis B caused by endocrine disorders. At the same time, hepatitis B patients may also develop spider nevi and other diseases on their skin.

After understanding the symptoms of hepatitis B, if you are a hepatitis B patient, you first need to do a liver function test, because there are two different situations: big triple positive and small triple positive. If it is only small triple positive, it can turn negative after treatment, but if it develops into big triple positive, it will be more difficult to treat.
