Hepatitis B virus

Hepatitis B virus

Because our human body has antibodies against certain diseases, we can generally resist the occurrence of corresponding diseases. However, when the antibodies in the body disappear or their effectiveness is reduced due to certain reasons, the body will be infected with certain diseases, such as hepatitis B. In fact, generally speaking, many people have been vaccinated with the hepatitis B vaccine, but because the antibodies produced by the hepatitis B vaccine only stay in the human body for a certain period of time, they generally lose their effect after this period. At this time, if the human body is attacked by the hepatitis B virus, it will inevitably lead to hepatitis B infection.

In fact, the reasons listed above are not the only ones that cause human body to be infected with hepatitis B. In reality, many people do not get hepatitis B for this reason. Usually, many people get hepatitis B due to excessive drinking. We often hear about Hepatitis B "Big Three Yang", so what exactly is Hepatitis B "Big Three Yang"? Let's introduce it in detail below.

The so-called "big three positives" refers to the immune indicators of hepatitis B virus in patients with chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis B virus carriers, namely, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg), and hepatitis B core antibody (anti-HBC). The positive results of these three indicators often indicate that the virus replication in the body is relatively active, but whether it has caused serious liver cell damage depends on the liver function test results and the patient's subjective symptoms. In other words, "big three positives" does not mean that the disease is very serious, but the positive results of the above three indicators reflect the immune status of the virus when it exists in the body.

It is currently believed that the incidence of hepatitis B is closely related to the body's immune status.

Infection with the hepatitis B virus will inevitably cause an immune response in the body, thereby producing different serum immunological markers. It is currently believed that the pathogenesis of hepatitis B is closely related to the body's immune response, especially the cellular immune response in the body, and the body's age characteristics determine the maturity of the body's immune system. The immune system of infants and young children is in a development process, and the ability to clear viruses is poor at this time, so it is easy to become immune-infected and chronic. The immune system of adults is fully developed and it is easy to clear the immune system in a short period of time, thus manifesting as acute hepatitis B. Chronic hepatitis can also occur when the body's immune function is low, immune tolerance is incomplete, and HBV gene mutations escape immune clearance. When the body is in a hypersensitivity reaction, a large number of antigen-antibody complexes are produced and the compensation system is activated, and with the participation of a large number of inflammatory factors, large areas of liver cell necrosis can occur, that is, severe hepatitis occurs.

When our body is infected with hepatitis B, we must follow the doctor's instructions, take medicine in time or be hospitalized for serious cases. During the treatment, you must quit smoking and drinking, and try to eat less greasy food. Generally, it is best to eat light meals for three meals, and it is best to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
