Treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis

Treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis

Arteriosclerosis occurs in different parts of the body and brings different harms to patients. Among the many parts of the body, cerebral arteriosclerosis is the most serious. Especially when cerebral arteriosclerosis causes blood vessel blockage, it will directly lead to cerebral thrombosis and pose a threat to the patient's life. In order to reduce the harm of cerebral arteriosclerosis, patients must pay attention to active treatment.

I also need to explain to you that even if cerebral arteriosclerosis does not cause cerebral thrombosis, other symptoms of the disease will still have a great impact on the patient's life, and it may even cause memory loss and dizziness. In the face of such serious harm, what is the specific treatment for cerebral arteriosclerosis?

1. General treatment: Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, lead a regular life, avoid emotional excitement and do moderate physical exercise. Strengthen daily care for patients with dementia, mental disorders and mobility difficulties.

2. Dietary treatment: Control the intake of animal fat and high cholesterol, such as limiting egg yolks, fatty meat, animal offal, etc., avoid high-sugar diet, eat more vegetables, fruits and kelp, control weight, and it is best to quit smoking and drinking.

3. Drug treatment: drugs that improve brain blood circulation, such as vitamin E, ginkgo leaf preparations, and many Chinese patent medicines; drugs that lower blood lipids, such as linoleic acid preparations; drugs that activate nerve cells, such as ATP, CTP, etc.; and treatment of major diseases that cause arteriosclerosis, such as hypertension and diabetes.

(1) Cycloamycin (400 mg 3 times/d), doxepin (40 mg 1-2 times/d), ceramide (25 mg 3 times/d), papaverine (60 mg 2 times/d), etc. can improve cerebral blood circulation. Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and 706 generation plasma 500 ml intravenous drip once a day can also be used.

(2) γ-aminotyric acid, ATP, coenzyme Q10, brain tonifier, citicoline, etc. improve brain metabolism.

(3) Use lipid-lowering drugs such as Zhibituo, Fenofibrate, and Zocor.

The main treatments for cerebral arteriosclerosis are the ones mentioned above. In addition, during the treatment, you must pay attention to your diet and do not eat too greasy food, otherwise it will only aggravate the symptoms of cerebral arteriosclerosis. Keep your diet light, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, do not drink alcohol, etc. These are all things that patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis need to pay attention to.
