I wonder if you have heard of pulmonary sarcoidosis, a disease that is not very common in our country? Today, I will introduce to you lung nodules, a very special allergic disease. So far, there is still relatively little understanding of it in medicine. It can invade organs throughout the body, such as the lungs, spleen and other important organs, but the cause of the disease is still not clear, so there is no very complete treatment method in medicine. Pulmonary sarcoidosis, formerly known as sarcoid, is an allergic disease of unknown cause. Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a noncaseating epithelial granulomatous lesion. The above cases often involve the lungs, especially the hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes. Therefore, it must be differentiated from central lung cancer. The age of onset of pulmonary sarcoidosis is younger than that of lung cancer. The symptoms are mild, the disease lasts for a long time, the attacks recur repeatedly and there is a possibility of spontaneous recovery. Hemoptysis usually does not occur. The clinical symptoms and the degree of X-ray changes are extremely inconsistent, that is, the mass in the hilar area of the chest X-ray is very large. The patient's symptoms are not obvious. Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease. Therefore, in addition to the changes in the lungs, there may be multiple superficial lymphadenopathy. Nodular bumps and erythema appear on the skin and around joints. When the lesions involve organs such as the liver, gallbladder, eyes and bone anvils, corresponding symptoms will appear. As the disease progresses, after fibrosis occurs in the lung parenchyma, the hilar Lynparchymal nodes stop developing and gradually shrink. A relatively effective method for diagnosing sarcoidosis is the sarcoid skin test (Kveim test) C341, but it is difficult to clear tissue fluid, and its clinical application is subject to certain limitations. Laboratory examinations show an increase in monocytes and eosinophils, and an increase in blood calcium and Y globulin, which can also help differentiate it from lung cancer. If the affected lymph nodes on the surface of the body or in the mediastinum can be obtained for pathological examination, the diagnosis can be confirmed. We don't need to panic because the cause of pulmonary sarcoidosis is unclear and the treatment methods are perfect. Although this disease is spread all over the world, the incidence rate is higher among blacks and whites. Moreover, as long as the right medicine is used, the complications caused by this disease can be completely treated and will not have much impact on our health. |
