Can Chinese medicine wine lower blood lipids?

I often see such an advertisement on TV, in which several elderly friends say that they drink Peking University Fusekang for high blood lipids and high blood sugar. After drinking it, their blood pressure stabilized and their blood lipids returned to normal levels. At that time, I was wondering if drinking this would work? With the accelerated pace of life, many people will experience symptoms such as high blood lipids. There are many ways to lower blood lipids. Now, some people have taken Chinese medicine to lower blood lipids! Is this true?

People with high blood pressure and high blood lipids cannot drink alcohol! They are not indications for treatment with medicinal wine, so there is no medicinal wine recipe for this purpose.

Diet therapy for hyperlipidemia:

1. Mushrooms and green vegetables: 250g fresh mushrooms, 500g green vegetable hearts. Pick out the mushrooms and green vegetable hearts, wash them, slice them, stir-fry them in another pan with oil, and add salt, MSG and other seasonings before eating. Functions: Clearing away heat, calming the liver, lowering blood lipids and blood pressure. Suitable for hyperlipidemia, hypertension and coronary heart disease, etc.

Functions: harmonize blood, resolve phlegm, lower blood lipids and regulate qi. Suitable for coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, etc.

4. Oolong tea: 3-5g of oolong tea leaves, brew with boiling water and drink. Function: Lose weight, reduce fat, clear away heat and quench thirst. Suitable for obesity and hyperlipidemia.

5. Braised eggplant in oil: 500g eggplant, wash and cut into pieces, heat up a pan with oil and stir-fry the eggplant, then add soy sauce, minced ginger, wine, MSG and other seasonings, simmer until cooked and then serve. Function: Promote blood circulation, reduce swelling, remove blood stasis and relieve pain. Suitable for coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, hypertension and other diseases.

6. Lotus leaf drink: 100g fresh lotus leaves, wash and chop, boil and make tea. Function: Lose weight, reduce fat, clear away heat and relieve summer heat. Suitable for obesity and summer heatstroke.

7. Fungus porridge: 5g black fungus, grind and soak for half a day, cook with 100g polished rice and appropriate amount of rock sugar into porridge. Function: replenish kidney, nourish yin and blood. It is suitable for the elderly with arteriosclerosis, hypercoagulable state, as well as dizziness, back pain and other symptoms.

8. Hawthorn malt drink: 10g each of raw hawthorn and roasted malt, boil them and drink as tea. Function: reduce fat and help digestion. It is suitable for hyperlipidemia and stomach bloating, indigestion and other symptoms caused by eating too much.

People with hyperlipidemia and high blood pressure are not allowed to drink alcohol. Patients must remember this. In addition to lowering blood pressure and blood lipids through diet therapy, you can also focus on physical exercise, enhance your body's immunity, and maintain adequate sleep. In terms of diet, you must focus on light food and avoid eating irritating foods such as chocolate.
