How to grow hair for seborrheic alopecia

Nowadays, many friends suffer from seborrheic alopecia due to their physical constitution and age issues. For example, excessive endocrine secretion in men produces some oil which will accumulate on the scalp. Many friends suffer from seborrheic alopecia. It is believed that seborrheic alopecia causes great harm to patients. The patients' families also hate it. Seborrheic alopecia not only affects personal appearance, but also causes a lot of inconvenience to many friends who need to participate in social occasions. Many friends are concerned about how to grow hair in patients with seborrheic alopecia.

Seborrheic alopecia is a common hair loss symptom caused by the accumulation of oil in the hair. There are many treatments for seborrheic alopecia, which mainly rely on various aspects of traditional Chinese medicine for diagnosis and treatment. In addition, it is necessary to distinguish whether it is temporary seborrheic alopecia or permanent seborrheic alopecia, and symptomatic treatment can achieve good results.

Hair loss can be divided into two types: temporary hair loss and permanent hair loss. Temporary hair loss is mostly caused by reduced blood supply to hair follicles for various reasons, or dysfunction of local nerve regulation, resulting in malnutrition of hair follicles, but there is no damage to the hair follicle structure. Therefore, new hair can regenerate after treatment and return to its original state. Permanent hair loss is caused by various diseases that destroy the hair follicle structure, resulting in the inability to regenerate new hair.

Hair loss can be treated with internal Chinese medicine, external Chinese medicine, diet therapy, massage, acupuncture and other methods.

For internal treatment with Chinese medicine, you can choose Buyiniuxi Pills or Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction. Buyiniuxi Pills use Chinese medicinal herbs such as Achyranthes bidentata, Rehmannia root, Citrus aurantium, Cuscuta australis, and Lycium bark, which are ground into powder and made into honey pills for oral administration; Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction uses Chinese medicinal herbs such as ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, roasted licorice, and Rehmannia root, which are decocted into a decoction for oral administration.

For external use, use Chinese medicine such as chrysanthemum, vitex rotundus, dry cypress leaves, chuanxiong, mulberry bark root, angelica dahurica, asarum, and Eclipta prostrata, decoct them in water for external washing.

Dietary therapy: Bring Chinese medicinal herbs such as Cuscuta, Poria, Echeveria, black sesame, and Callicarpa ovata to a boil over high heat, add appropriate amount of water, then cook over low heat into porridge and eat with a little salt. Take 1 to 2 times a day for 10 to 15 days. This porridge nourishes the kidney yin and strengthens the spleen, and is suitable for people with hair loss due to spleen and kidney yin deficiency.

For massage, sprinkle 1 20 ml bottle of vitamin B1 liquid on the head, use the five fingers of the right hand to comb from the Shenting point on the forehead to the Yamen point on the back hairline, comb 36 times in total, and then use the five fingers of the left and right hands to comb both sides of the head respectively, comb 36 times each; use the five fingers together to tap the Baihui point 54 times; use the two thumbs to tap the Yifeng, Yiming, Fengchi and other points on both sides 3 times, each time for 10 seconds; use the thumbs to press and rub the Sanyinjiao point for 15 seconds, press and pull 5 times, press and vibrate 3 times, each time for 10 seconds; use the palm of the hand to press the Laogong point on the hair loss area or the sparse hair, vibrate 5 times, each time for 10 seconds.

Acupuncture therapy selects Shenshu, Sanyinjiao, Fengchi, Baihui, Touwei, Shengfaxue (the midpoint of the line connecting Fengchi and Fengfu) and other main acupoints. Acupoints are selected on both sides, with drainage method used for Fengchi and tonification method used for other acupoints, with moderate stimulation, once a day or every other day, with needles retained for 20 minutes, and 10 times as a course of treatment.

I believe that the above introduction will be helpful to my friends. The classification of seborrheic alopecia is also very important. If you find that you have seborrheic alopecia, you must treat it in time and do not delay the disease. Timely discovery and timely treatment of such diseases still have a certain protective effect on such diseases. The use of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment is convenient and fast without many side effects. In addition, massage and acupuncture therapy are also good ways to treat seborrheic alopecia.
