There are three acupuncture points on the human body that are most effective for nourishing the liver. Touching them will be effective.

The liver is the largest detoxification organ in the human body. The toxins and wastes produced in the body, the poisons ingested, the drugs that damage the liver, etc. must also rely on the liver to detoxify. If your bad habits harm your liver. Your liver will "go on strike", causing you to suffer from various liver diseases.

Today I will share with you three good acupuncture points for maintaining the liver. Let’s take a look~

1. Press Taichong acupoint

Sit cross-legged, press the Taichong point on the right foot (between the first and second toe bones on the instep, as shown in the picture above) with the left thumb, press along the gap between the bones and slide back and forth, do this 20 times. Then use your right hand to press this acupoint on your left foot using the same technique as before.

2. Rub Dadun acupoint

Sit cross-legged, barefoot, and use the left thumb to press the Dadun point on the right foot (the outside of the base of the big toe nail, as shown in the picture above). Press counterclockwise 15 times and clockwise 15 times. Then use your right hand to press this acupoint on your left foot using the same technique as before.

3. Rub Sanyinjiao acupoint

Sit cross-legged, and use the left thumb to press the right Sanyinjiao point (3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, at the posterior edge of the tibia, as shown in the picture above), rotating counterclockwise for 15 times, and rotating clockwise for 15 times. Then press the left Sanyinjiao point with your right hand and massage this point using the same method as before.

Sanyinjiao has many other health benefits!

Sanyinjiao is really magical. Massaging it at different times has different therapeutic effects.

1. 11:00 am: Massage Sanyinjiao to strengthen the spleen

Sanyinjiao is a meridian point of the spleen meridian. One of the spleen's biggest functions is to transport and transform water, dampness, turbidity and toxins out of the human body. At 11 o'clock every day, when the spleen meridian is in season, massage the Sanyinjiao on both legs for 20 minutes each, which can expel moisture and turbid air from the body.

The reason why skin diseases such as eczema, urticaria, and allergies are often caused by moisture and turbid air in the body. Just massage Sanyinjiao to drive out these annoying "naughty ghosts", and your skin will become smooth and delicate again. In addition, Sanyinjiao can also treat spleen and stomach weakness, indigestion, abdominal distension and diarrhea, and it also has a good effect on the recovery of middle-aged women with excessive leucorrhea and uterine prolapse.

2. 5-7 pm: Massage Sanyinjiao to nourish the kidney

The qi of the three meridians of the human body, namely the Ren, Du and Chong meridians, all originate from the uterus. Every day from 5 to 7 pm, when the kidney meridian is in season, vigorously massage the Sanyinjiao acupoints on each leg for about 15 minutes. This can maintain the uterus and ovaries and promote the smooth flow of the Ren, Du and Chong meridians. Moreover, by nourishing the kidneys, it has a good effect on improving the sexual desire of middle-aged women.

3. 9-11pm: Massage Sanyinjiao to open up the triple energizer

If you want to keep a smooth face and firm breasts after the age of 40, in addition to a regular diet, you should also massage the Sanyinjiao points on both legs for 15 minutes each around 9-11 p.m. when the Sanjiao meridian is in season. This can help regulate menstruation, remove spots and acne, etc.

Because the triple energizer is the main channel for the circulation of qi and blood in the human body, it is important to keep the triple energizer unobstructed if all organs are to be nourished by qi and blood. However, you need to persist in massaging it every day, and you will see the results after a month.

Massage Techniques

When massaging, hold the outer ankle with four fingers of one hand, bend the thumb and press it vertically on the Sanyinjiao point, press with the thumb tip rhythmically, tightening and loosening it, and coordinate with the massaging movements appropriately to make the point feel sore, swollen and numb. After completing the massage of Sanyinjiao on the left side, move on to the right side.
