Five types of sub-health

Liver and kidney deficiency

Causes: Excessive greed, excessive consumption of alcohol and meat, damage to the liver and kidneys, leading to insomnia, lack of energy, fear of cold, body weakness, neck and back pain, and loss of sexual desire.

Health care methods: Develop good living habits, quit smoking, drink less, and exercise the neck and waist in a targeted manner.

Internal resistance of dampness

Causes: Mostly due to weak and dysfunctional internal organs, internal warmth and heat, stagnation of cold and dampness, disharmony between the heart and kidneys, alternating hot and cold sensations, weakened resistance and low immunity.

Health care methods: pay attention to daily routine, increase exercise, eat less greasy and barbecued food, and use Chinese medicine to regulate the body to strengthen the body and eliminate evil.
