Commonly used folk remedies for treatment:

1. Brucea javanica oil method: 20 ml of duck emulsion, 2-3 times a day, for 7 consecutive days. Use vegetable oil or fresh vegetable juice to mix Yunnan Baiyao into a paste and apply it to the affected area to relieve pain and swelling. The skin lesions will scab and heal in about a week.

2. Take 1 liang of fresh Centella asiatica (preferably with roots), grind it into a paste (do not use iron tools to grind the medicine), and add 3g of borneol, Liushen Pills, and appropriate amounts of cactus. Add a little tea oil and mix well, apply to the affected area, cover and fix with clean gauze, and change the dressing once a day. For severe cases, boil 1 liang of Centella asiatica in water and drink it 1-2 times a day.

3. First disinfect the blister wall with 0.5% iodine, then use a sterile syringe to extract the herpes fluid, dissolve 3 grams of Shuanghuanglian powder injection in 20 ml of normal saline and mix well, apply it evenly to the blister area with a sterile cotton swab, and then cover it with sterile gauze, keep the area clean and dry, prevent friction and scratching, apply twice a day, and it will generally heal in 5 to 7 days.
