Foods to remove dampness and cold, choose these three most beneficial

Dampness in the body often makes people look very pale. Generally speaking, when removing dampness and coldness from the body, people can use dietary therapy. So, what are the foods that can remove dampness and coldness?

1. White lentils

The first recommendation is the large white lentil, which is known as the "longevity bean". White lentils are slightly warm in nature, sweet in taste, and rich in nutrients: in addition to carbohydrates, every 100 grams contains 28 grams of protein, 116 milligrams of calcium, and a variety of other nutrients. Drinking water boiled with red beans, or boiling water with black beans and mung beans, can effectively expel moisture from the body. Red beans can also be used to make bean paste, porridge, and desserts, but be careful not to buy adzuki beans. Those beans are medicinal and can cause poisoning if eaten too much. They are easily confused with red beans.
