Massaging your breasts can make them bigger, but you need to use the right method

As we all know, regular massage of the breasts can promote blood circulation in the breasts, thereby achieving the effect of breast enhancement. Of course, if you want to achieve the purpose of breast enhancement by massaging the breasts, you also need to understand the relevant methods.

1. Centralized

Place your hands on the outside of your breasts and press upward with your palms. Use your hands to support your breasts from the inside to the outside with your thumbs-up. Lift your hands from the outer edge of your chest to the outside of your breasts and then release them. Repeat this exercise 15-25 times.

2. Caressing

Use your left hand to gently caress the right breast and your right hand to caress the left breast, for a total of 3 minutes on each side. When stroking, you can do it in a rotating manner, vertically, horizontally, etc., or you can stroke randomly without a specific route. But you must persist in stroking for 3 minutes, and the force does not need to be too strong.

3. Grasp

Apply breast enhancement oil or massage lotion on the breasts, spread your ten fingers, place them on the bottom of the breasts, start from the bottom, and slowly push towards the nipple. Repeat the exercise more than 30 times.

Open the fingers of both hands, cover the breasts, and draw circles in a clockwise direction at the bottom of the breasts with the nipples as the center. Use a little force with your hands when drawing circles, and practice repeatedly more than 30 times. Then make circles counterclockwise and practice 30 times.

4. Oil rubbing

Apply breast enhancement oil or lotion on the breasts, and support the right breast with the palm of your right hand with your fingers together. Place your left hand lightly on your right breast, fingers together. Place your right hand along your breast with your palm facing upward, and gently lower your left hand along the same gesture. Repeat this exercise more than 10 times. Then switch to the left hand and practice.
