What does a mole in a woman's philtrum mean?

How to remove moles:

Acetic acid method: Dip a cotton swab in vinegar and rub it back and forth on the spot with a little force. After a while, you will feel a slight spicy sensation. That's it. After several times, a scab will form on the spot. You don't need to rub it then. Wait for it to fall off naturally and the spot will disappear. I used regular rice vinegar and didn't dilute it with water.

Dilute sulfuric acid method: Note that it must be dilute sulfuric acid with a pH above 1 and below 3.5; if it is too concentrated, it will leave scars. Use a cotton swab to apply it. Only dot a mole once. More than one dot will leave scars. The area cannot be exposed to water within 3 days after dotting. After a week, if there is still a little, apply some rice vinegar or edible vinegar on it; if there is still a lot, repeat the use of dilute sulfuric acid.

Dilute hydrochloric acid method: Same as acetic acid method, except that it cannot be too concentrated, the pH value should be between 1 and 3.5.
