How to regulate spleen and stomach disorders, old Chinese medicine teaches you how to regulate the spleen and stomach

If you often experience symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, bloating, diarrhea, etc., then you should be careful whether you have spleen and stomach disorders. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen and stomach are the foundation of acquired constitution. If the spleen and stomach function is out of balance, the digestion and absorption functions will be affected. Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the spleen and stomach through massage and daily life.

1. Massage method

1: Chiropractic therapy is usually used for children, but it is equally effective for adults and is suitable for patients with indigestion, bad breath, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhea, malaise, fatigue, etc. Pinch it 1-2 times a day and you will see results after a week. Operation method: First, gently massage the back several times to relax the muscles. Then use the thumb, index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to lift the skin in the middle of the back at the same time, and twist forward along the spine from bottom to top, alternating hands. Lift the skin once every three pinches. This is called the "pinch three and lift one method." The amount of skin pinched and the amount of force used to lift should be appropriate, and it should not be twisted; and it should move in a straight line, not tilted.

2: Rub the navel. Place the palm or base of one hand on the navel and press the back of the hand with the other hand, rubbing in a clockwise direction for about 5 minutes each time, 1-2 times a day. This method can warm the yang and dispel cold, replenish qi and blood, strengthen the spleen and stomach, and help digestion and relieve stagnation. It is mostly used for patients with indigestion, stomach cold, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation.

3: Rub your lower abdomen with both hands close to both sides of your belly button, rubbing up and down and back and forth until it feels warm. Patients with bloating and abdominal pain can choose this product, 2-5 times a day. Tianshu acupoint is located 2 inches away from both sides of the navel. This method can stimulate this acupoint to treat acute and chronic gastroenteritis and digestive disorders caused by indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, etc.

4: Press and rub Zusanli. Zusanli is an important health acupoint of the human body, located below the outside of the knee. Massage 50-100 times a day to strengthen the spleen and stomach, regulate the qi, remove stagnation and dredge the meridians. It is suitable for various types of spleen and stomach diseases.

2. Daily conditioning

1: Adjust your mood. A good mood can effectively improve your appetite and the body's digestive ability. Therefore, the most important thing for spleen and stomach conditioning is to maintain a happy mood, so as to effectively ensure the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal system;

2: Scientific diet: Develop good eating habits, eat at regular times and in fixed amounts every day, and make sure to combine meat and vegetables, coarse and fine foods. Do not be partial or picky about food. In addition to the staple food, you should also appropriately increase the intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, which is conducive to improving the digestive ability. In daily life, eat less spicy and irritating foods, such as garlic, fried foods, peppers, puffed foods, etc. At the same time, eat less raw and cold foods, because these foods are more difficult to digest.

3: Pay attention to keeping warm. Old Chinese medicine practitioners told us that most of the problems in the body are caused by not keeping warm properly. Especially now when the spring is still cold, patients with weak spleen and stomach should pay attention to keeping warm. Patients with stomach pain should avoid cold hands; patients with diarrhea should keep their navel effectively warm. In daily life, you should eat less raw and cold fruits and vegetables or drink less beverages. Women can drink more ginger tea.

4: Engage in appropriate physical exercise. There are many ways to exercise. Jogging, mountain climbing, yoga, qigong, etc. are all good choices. Regular physical exercise can effectively promote gastrointestinal motility, improve the body's digestive ability and nutrient intake ability. At the same time, it can also promote metabolism in the body and eliminate toxins.
