Enteritis is a disease that is prevalent in summer. The main causes of enteritis are diet and infection. For example, during the acute inflammatory phase, in addition to fever, symptoms of dehydration, acidosis, or shock and bleeding may be seen. 3. Physical signs Long-term abdominal discomfort or dull pain in the lower abdomen. Physical examination may show mild tenderness, hyperactive bowel sounds, and rectal prolapse, mainly in the abdomen, around the umbilicus, or in the lower abdomen. 4. Blood in the stool Patients with chronic enteritis will have mild symptoms of bloody stools, but severe patients will have fresh blood flowing out, which can easily lead to shock symptoms. 5.
