What are the dangers of low blood pressure

When facing low blood pressure, you must never ignore conditioning, because the harm caused is relatively large, such as easily causing palpitations, fatigue, dizziness and headaches, or it may stimulate some cardiovascular diseases and neurological diseases.

(1) People with physiological hypotension have no subjective symptoms except that their arterial blood pressure is lower than the above value . After long-term follow-up, there are no abnormalities such as ischemia and hypoxia in various systems and organs of the human body, and it does not affect life expectancy. Physiological hypotension is common in young women, especially those with a slender body type, and is also not uncommon in people who frequently engage in high-intensity exercise and heavy physical labor. The occurrence of hypotension is often related to high vagus nerve tone.

(2) Pathological hypotension (hypotension) is a disease in which the arterial blood pressure is lower than normal and is often accompanied by symptoms such as general fatigue, dizziness, fatigue, sweating, and palpitations. The above symptoms are more obvious when standing for a long time or when moving from a lying position (or sitting or squatting position) to a standing position, and may even cause fainting.

(4) Chronic hypotension may be a genetic predisposition, or it may be secondary to certain neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, chronic malnutrition, endocrine dysfunction, the recovery period of infectious diseases, and when using certain antihypertensive drugs, and is often accompanied by corresponding discomfort and abnormal examination results.
